Coffee roasted the way it should be.
We started in a kitchen, roasting 5 kg at a time and delivering bags to friends by bike. We still roast in small batches — because coffee deserves attention, not automation.
We buy directly from producers, no middlemen. We pay up to 3x the local market price. And we trace every bag back to the exact farm it came from.

A decade in the making

A garage roaster
Three friends, a 5 kg roaster, and one dream: friends drinking better coffee at home.

First 1,000 bags
Word of mouth turns into real orders. We open an online shop and Café Arrieros is born.

Direct trade
We travel to Huila, Nariño and Antioquia. We meet the families behind our coffee.

Crossing borders
We start shipping to the U.S. Today our coffee reaches thousands of homes.
